Co-Founder and industry pioneer Ron Peterson to retire effective July 1, 2020
ATLANTA. – June 30, 2020 – Blueprint RF, a Cox Business company, announced today two new executive appointments as the company pursues continued growth and celebrates the retirement of its CEO and founder, Ron Peterson. Jady West, an industry veteran with Cox Business/Hospitality Network, will assume the role of Vice President of Hospitality for all of Cox Business’s hospitality operations while Blueprint RF co-founder, James Tubo, will directly manage the Blueprint RF business overseeing its operations and serving as its Vice President.
With accountability for both Cox Business/Hospitality Network and Blueprint RF, Jady West is responsible for driving continued sales development and growth, strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, budgeting, and planning for the government, gaming and lodging industries.

As a Blueprint RF co-founder and certified network engineer with relationships across leading hotel brands, James Tubo is uniquely positioned to take on the vice president role at Blueprint RF. Mr. Tubo also founded NetSource, a network integration and consulting firm where he explored the early uses of wireless technology, as well as AireWaves, a wireless ISP and networks integration company. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and holds Cisco Engineering Certifications, including CCDA, CCNA.

Ron Peterson’s three decades of experience includes his role as CEO of Interstate America/eXitSource, where he guided the start-up to become a multi-million dollar GIS-based (Global Information Systems) business creating travel related points-of-interest (POI) databases for navigable mapping companies. He began his career with Construction Market Data where he led sales teams and opened regional offices throughout the country. Ron’s passion for networking and connectivity blossomed in 2003 with StayOnline, ultimately bought by Sonifi Solutions, where Ron grew the business to service 280,000 rooms. After founding Blueprint RF with James Tubo in 2010, and competing with more than 200 other providers, Ron and the Blueprint RF team earned their way to become Marriott’s largest provider of manager WiFi solutions.
